Tony Blair Institute for Global Change invite applications from qualified persons to fill in the vacant positions listed below;

Offer Development and Team enablement: Work closely with country teams to identify opportunities to strengthen government systems and the key enablers for technology; act as a technical expert and thought partner to generate and implement innovative solutions for client governments. Support the Head of eGovernment with advice to country teams on GCS’s offer, tools, and collateral, enabling Heads of State’s ambitions
Scoping: Under the guidance of the Head of eGovernment, work closely with TBI’s in-country tech teams and the Head of National Digital Infrastructure to identify and advise on opportunities to advance digitalisation workstreams through transformative technology projects. This could range from assessing current digital readiness, and service prioritisation to wider machinery of government changes to support the mobilisation of digital unit’s co-ordinating activity

Process travel booking forms within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to completion
Help with the planning of travel and accommodation
When requested, provide new starters with an induction to the travel system and policy
Guide new joiners as they build their traveller profile
When relevant, supporting with visa support requests

Build user/citizen-centred practices in TBI teams and government clients to improve initiative design and delivery
Develop guidance and best practices that help teams understand user experience and design to ensure initiatives designed and technology solutions selected keep the user and citizen at the centre of design and delivery
In collaboration with Country Teams, Global Innovation Unit, Global Client Solutions Tech team, and technology partners, support improved design, prototyping, and piloting of relevant solutions to solve government priority challenges

Support projects in-country and/or regional client or development opportunities as TBI advises political leaders on strategy, policy and delivery with technology as the enabler across all three dimensions
Develop research, analysis, written insights and other deliverables for clients and senior leadership within TBI
Engage with client counterparts to understand client requirements, articulate ideas and participate in presentations of deliverables
