Position 2: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Knowledge Management Manager
- Implement an effective and efficient system to monitor progress, impact, and success of project activities.
- Regularly review and update the MEL/KM plan.
- Support the Activity’s MEL/KM systems, including selecting and monitoring of relevant performance indicators, establishing or identifying baseline data, and setting annual performance targets.

Position 3: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Management (MEL/KM) Director
- Provide overall technical leadership to all related MEL and adapting activities based on the Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) framework.
- Ensure the establishment, implementation, and period review of an effective and efficient system to monitor progress, impact, and success of Activity implementation.
- Oversee the Activity’s MEL/KM approach, identifying cost-effective means to monitor the progress and measures impact of project activities and providing insight for adaptative management.

Position 4: Regional Quality Improvement (QI) Team Lead
- Liaise closely with central-level GHS to ensure the implementation of harmonized approaches to integrated supportive supervision.
- Provide technical support to regional and district health management teams in reviewing capacity and progress in using QI to improve compliance with national guidelines and ensure harmonization across all levels across the public and private sectors.
- Provide technical support and support the use of QI methods to improve service delivery and client outcomes through training, on-site coaching, and support supervision across the public and private sectors.
