Global Communities is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dynamic team player to occupy the vacant positions below;

Design and oversee the monitoring, evaluation and learning activities of the project;
Lead a team in the design, development, planning, and implementation of project evaluation activities. This includes development and dissemination of tools, materials, reports, papers, and intervention-linked research;
Develop strategies and tools for the design and implementation of monitoring of specific technical components;
Provide leadership and represent program in MERL-related interactions with donor, Ministry of Health and other key stakeholders;

Provide technical direction, management and supervision and coaching of project staff, local partners and consultants at national and regional levels
Ensure high-quality technical deliverables – including work plans and technical reports – are developed, reviewed, submitted and approved on schedule and within budget parameters
Lead establishment and implementation of capacity-strengthening strategies for local organizations to implement, influence and advocate for responsive MNCH, Nutrition, FP, Malaria control systems and services
