Position: Client Relations Executive
- The position holder will report to the Operations Manager.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a start-up or scale-up environment and will be responsible for:
- Managing large amounts of outgoing and incoming calls
Supporting with the delivery of products - Providing weekly reports on the outcomes of interactions with vendors and their clients and feedback/recommendations
- Utilising our Warehousing Management and Operating Systems
- Recording details of enquiries, comments, and complaints
- Keeping record of customer interactions and transactions
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent in business, or related field
- Knowledge of relevant applications and hardware
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- E-commerce knowledge
- Prior experience in working with delivery agents and in e-commerce will be a plus
