Merit-Based Selection

The selection process for Cohort 46 (Onsite) is a merit-based, open competition. We believe in giving every deserving candidate an equal opportunity to participate. Here’s how the selection process works:

  1. Application Review: All eligible applications will be carefully reviewed by our selection panel. We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate exceptional potential in leadership.
  2. Shortlisting: Shortlisted applicants will be chosen based on their demonstrated leadership in public service, business and entrepreneurship, or civic engagement. If you’re actively engaged in public or community service, volunteerism, or mentorship, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
  3. Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will undergo interviews to further assess their suitability for the program. We’re interested in individuals who can work effectively in diverse groups, respect differing opinions, and possess strong social and communication skills.
  4. Positive Attitude: An energetic, positive attitude is highly valued in our program. We believe that an optimistic outlook can drive positive change.
  5. Expertise: Successful applicants will have a demonstrated knowledge, interest, and professional experience in the sector/track they’ve selected. Whether it’s business and entrepreneurship, civil society management, or public policy and management, we’re here to help you hone your skills.
  6. Commitment: Most importantly, we’re looking for candidates who are committed to applying their leadership skills and training to benefit their country and community after completing the program. Your dedication to making a difference is what sets you apart.
