The West African Examinations Council, WAEC has officially announce the release the provisional results for 2022 WASSCE candidate.
candidates who who wish to access their results can now do so on the WAEC council official website www.waecgh.org.
Examination Statistics
Report from WAEC indicates that a total number of 422,883 candidates from 977 schools sat for the 2022 WASSCE examination.
- 3,845 candidates have had their Subject Results cancelled for sending foreign material into the examination hall.
- 518 candidates have had their Entire Results cancelled for sending mobile phones into the examination hall.
- 8,486 candidates will not be able to access their results online. this is due to one or more of the following;
- Candidates who failed to return learning support materials supplied to them
- Candidates who destroyed school property
The affected candidates are advised to visit their schools for their results.
It is also mention in the WEAC released statement that the Entire Results of 117 candidates have been withheld pending the conclusion of investigations into alleged cases of impersonation detected during the examination.
Also 179 schools have the scripts of candidates in certain subjects being scrutinised for reported cases of collusion.
These are withheld results of candidates that may be cancelled or released based on the outcome of WAECs investigation.
