NDC Releases an Official List of All New Elected Party Executives: The largest opposition party in Ghana, National Democratic Congress (NDC), has officially released a list of candidates who just won vacant positions in the party. These candidates will become front liners of the party into the 2024 polls.
The keenly contested national chairman position was between the incumbent Chair, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, the incumbent General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, Nii Armah Ashietty, and Samuel Yaw Adusei.
Former Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Dr. Sherry, vied for the Vice Chairman position, and hopes lock horns with seven other candidates.
The incumbent National Communications Officer of the party, Sammy Gyamfi contested unopposed.
The incumbent National Women Organizer, Dr. Hanna Louisa Bisiw wrestled with Margaret Ansei.
