Position: Montessori & Early Childhood Teachers
Responsibilities
- Awesome Hands Academy is looking to hire Montessori and Early Childhood Teachers who are skilled, passionate, smart, and kind.
- Keeping an eye on, guiding, watching over, and evaluating children as they learn in school.
- Creating lesson plans, ways for children to learn on their own, programs, and methods that meet the needs of each child.
- Making and keeping a classroom that is safe, clean, and interesting so that all children feel safe and respected.
- Getting to know the students and building trust-based partnerships with them.
- Teaching students good ideals like honesty, responsibility, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness by being a good example.
- Keeping an eye on and judging the growth of students and writing up reports.
- Making sure there are enough materials and working equipment in the classroom.
Qualifications and Experience

At least a diploma;

Early childhood education or Montessori experience;
Location
Accra.
