Orgmento is hiring an experienced, WordPress/PHP/WooCommerce developer to join our Ecommerce team.
The role is full-time (or part-time with the right experience/profile) and candidates must be based in Accra, Ghana.
This role is not available on a remote basis – you must live within commutable distance to our offices near Accra Mall.
Requirements
The technical requirements are as follows:
- PHP v7/v8 custom code development
- WordPress (WooCommerce experience is essential)
- Sage Framework (creating/maintaining custom themes)
- API integrations
- Writing and maintaining custom WordPress plugins
- Cloudflare and cloud-based hosting
- Object-Oriented programming in PHP
- Responsive web design & development
- Improvement of Core Web Vitals (see https://web.dev/vitals/)
The ideal candidate will be a real all-rounder who can understand complex coding logic as well as the science behind good UI/UX and conversion.
