• Initiates action for the formulation of policies.
• Ensures the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes and activities of the Commission.
• Serves as a member to the Governing Board.
• Exercises oversight responsibility for the efficient and effective management of the human, material and financial resources of the Commission.

2. Director of Administration
• Provides inputs for the formulation of policies.
• Ensures the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes and activities of the Division.
• Exercises oversight responsibility for efficient and effective management of the material resources of the Commission.
• Ensures efficient and effective management of the human, material and financial resources of the Division.
• Oversees the organisation of meetings, conferences and workshops.

3. Chief Legal Aid Officer
• Provides inputs for the formulation of policies.
• Ensures the efficient and effective management of the human, material and financial resources of the Region,
• Ensures the implementation of the programmes and activities of the Region.
• Ensures the development and implementation of guidelines, standards, processes and procedures for legal assistance for the realization of right to personal liberty, equality before the law and fair trial.
