Qualifications & Experience
- Technician qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline with experience in heavy-duty trackless equipment.
- Certificate of BT/CAP on Mechanical is a requirement
- Knowledge of underground and surface Sandvik mining underground drill, truck and loaders.
Other Required
Good communication and presentation skills.

Computers Skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ability to work as a member of a multi-discipline team and ability to drive light vehicles as well as possession driver’s license.

Reports to
TSSR – GET/FSS
SCOPE
Carry out general Sandvik fire suppression duties including installations, repairs and fault diagnosis work on Sandvik Mining and Constructions and FSS installed on other competitive equipment whilst maintaining availability and minimizing cost.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform fire suppression installation for both Sandvik and other competitor FSS installed equipment. Perform FSS repairs and faultfinding’s using OEM manual.
