1. Warranty Administrator
- Attend to requests in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather information to properly process requests.
- Maintains inventory of warrantable failed components.
- Provides training to Technicians on warranty.

2. Engine Workshop Technician
- Disassemble, inspect, clean and reassemble engines and /or engine components and performs preventative maintenance based on assessment of engines.
- Assists more experienced technicians with diagnostics and development of repair plans engines in the workshop.
- Completes required documentation, such as work completed documents, time sheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
