1. Finance and Administration Manager
• The Finance and Administration Manager (FAM) will report to the COP and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of budgeting, financial management, logistics, and prime award compliance with terms and condition of the award. The FAM will oversee all activity operations.

2. Chief Of Party
The COP will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the project and working closely with the Country Director, will be the key liaison with USAID. They will represent the project to USAID, the government of Ghana, partners, and other stakeholders.

3. Technical Director
• The Technical Director will be responsible for the overall technical oversight of the project, including leading technical teams, work planning and reporting.
• The Technical Director reports directly to the COP and will take a leadership role in ensuring technical implementation of high impact, proven interventions and ensuring the project meets stated goals.

4. Monitoring, Evaluation And Learning (Mel) Advisor
• The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the program monitoring and evaluation framework and information systems to track delivery against targets, outcomes, and impacts.
• They will lead the analysis of data collected for assessment of progress and areas of improvement, and overall data management including health systems maturity monitoring.
