Job Position: Finance Manager
Role Summary
• Lead in the maintenance, control, planning, production of financial and management records in adherence to accounting policies, procedures and standards
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of first degree in Finance, Accounting, Comomerce or similar qualification from a recognised university
• Final certificate of ICA (Ghana) or ACCA
• A minimum of 7 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in financial services industry
• Proficient in the use of an Accounting software
Knowledge and Skills
• Banking operations and regulatory frameworks both local and at the international level including IFRS, BASEL 2 and other international standards
• Accounting principles, procedures, financial reporting standards and business planning processes
• Tax laws and related regulations
• Bank of Ghana regulations and directives
• Development and Trends in the Financial Services Industry
• Labour Law & Practice
Location: Accra
